Our full wedding planning service covers the complete design, planning, and organisation of your day. It starts with a questionnaire or interview to define your needs, followed by a detailed service sheet. We include up to three venue visits, a mood board, overall styling, and full venue and vendor sourcing. We can also attend tastings.
We manage the budget, payments, timeline, checklist, and full layout plan. On the day, we coordinate guests, handle belongings, resolve issues, and manage protocol for both the ceremony and celebration. Our team is present from the ceremony through the party to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Partial Organization
Our partial wedding planning service includes
professional support for couples who have already started organizing their celebration but need expert guidance to complete it. We step in to review your existing plans, refine the design, coordinate remaining vendors, and manage the timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team oversees logistics and communication in the final weeks leading up to the wedding, providing structure and calm so you can focus on enjoying the experience. On the day itself, we handle every detail, ensuring your plans come together seamlessly.
On the Day coordination
Our on the day wedding coordination service includes the following:
· Coordination of all contracted services once the wedding is fully planned and organized.
· Preliminary questionnaire/interview with the bride and groom to identify your needs & requirements.
· Technical visit to the venue.
· Elaboration of the service sheet (document with all the details of the wedding, vendors, and contracted services).
· Creation of a layout (space distribution plan).
· Elaboration of a timeline and detailed on the day schedule.
· Management and accommodation of the guests during the event.
· Storage and control of the couple’s belongings.
· Communications filter (solution of unforeseen events).
· Protocol and guest management during the ceremony and celebration.
· Organizational advice.
· Presence from the beginning of the ceremony all way up to the wedding party.

Do you wish to come up with a wholly new decorative concept that blows away your international guests? Our wedding styling service is just perfect for you! Did you know that we are the only wedding planner agency in Seville, and possibly in Andalusia, with our very own decorating business! To design and decorate our weddings, we work closely with our colleagues from Decosureventos, a company that we founded 4 years ago and that has already decorated more than 50 weddings and events. Decosureventos plans, designs, decorates, illuminates and shapes your wedding or event, making sure your big day is unique, authentic, and a true reflection of your personalities and love for each other.
